Authorized by the Academic Degree Office of the State Council, Xiamen University started its Logistics Engineering Masters’ Program in 2004. The Program includes three specializations: MLE, MPM and MEM. Based on the strength of economics and management disciplines in Xiamen University, the Center has established long term co-operative relations with more than ten universities in the US, UK, Japan, France, Russia, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macao. The Logistics Engineering Project is the Global U10 Priority Project, a co-operative, educational undertaking managed jointly by Xiamen University and the universities in Canada and Britain.
The targets of the Center are:

• To integrate the faculty resources from the top universities in Europe and America, and the specialist resources from the top companies in China, learn from the education models of the world-class universities in logistics engineering and project management.

• In combination with the practice in China, to build a program that educates students in logistics engineering and project management who are able to combine the strengths of China and the West.

• With our efforts, educate students with leadership skills, strategic vision and with an international scope, capable of leading in the areas of logistics engineering and project management, business, engineering technology.
