Highly respected MBA
You will earn an MBA from Xiamen University, plus the OneMBA certificate issued by the partner schools. The schools are fully accredited by AACSB International and other highly respected accrediting agencies.
Outstanding international MBA curriculum
The OneMBA program begins in September every year.
You will join approximately 100 participants from all OneMBA partner schools for four weeklong global residencies in the USA, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. You will also join approximately 20-30 SMXMU participants for local class sessions. Most of the sessions will take place on weekends.
OneMBA was launched 14 years ago. Since then, the OneMBA alumni network has grown to include more than 1,000 global executives around the world. Over the years, the curriculum and global residencies have been continually refined based on student and alumni feedback to maximize the value participants and their companies gain from the program.
Global professional network
OneMBA participants are experienced mid-career managers who live and work around the globe. You will build life-long connections and friendships with influential global professionals.
Real-world global teams
Your global teams will be made up of OneMBA participants living and working around the world. Team projects develop leadership and collaboration skills vital to global managers, including managing cultural differences and working across multiple time zones. In addition, this allows team members to deliver and receive constructive feedback.

2, Curriculum Overview
Global residencies:OneMBA participants from around the world come together for four week long global residencies held in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia. They participate in classes taught by local professors, visit regional and multinational companies, and meet local business and government leaders.
· North American Residency, Washington September, 1st semester
· European Residency, Amsterdam + Istanbul March, 2nd semester
· Latin American Residency, Mexico City + San Paulo November, 3rd semester
· Asian Residency, Xiamen + New Delhi May, 4th semester
Global core courses:Between residencies, OneMBA participants attend global core courses at their home school. Each course includes a major project that requires working remotely with global team members from the other partner schools. The global mentors in five school will guide your tasks and assignment.

Strategy in a Global Arena |
A key challenge in developing a global business strategy is aligning the organization’s resources with its long-term goals, while considering converging global forces and local issues. You’ll analyze the strategic challenges and choices facing organizations seeking to expand into developed and emerging markets. |
