Supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, professor Yuntao Bai and his team in our college explored the negative effects and mechanism of employee creativity based on social comparison theory and made important progress based on more realistic and complex organizational scenarios. The related results were published in Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. Recently, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) published a detailed report entitled "Chinese Scholars Make progress in the study of organizational creativity".
