      刘潇肖,求学期间兼修公共管理、社会心理学、组织行为学。研究领域专注于伦理决策、跨文化管理、跨国企业合法性管理。研究成果曾发表在Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Business Ethics, Management and Organization Review, Journal of Cross-Cultural Psychology等管理学、心理学领域的核心期刊。担任Management and Organization Review, Journal of Cross-Cultural Psychology, Asian Journal of Social Psychology 审稿人。

       2013-2015年曾任新加坡南洋理工大学亚洲商业案例中心研究助理、研究员,参与开发、撰写多篇教学型商业案例及教案,主题涵盖跨文化管理、知识管理、创业、组织变革等。 

       2015年10月至今,任厦门大学管理学院企业管理系助理教授。

       在科研与教学工作之余,致力于身心灵成长的体认与推广。
