报告介绍：Professor Voronov will talk about research on how culture (such as institutional arrangements, social norms, and history) influences organizations and people, as well as on how culture can be used strategically, especially focusing on the roles that emotions and power play in these processes. He has explored these issues in a variety of industries and organizations, including Ontario wine and restaurant industries and Canadian whisky industry.
嘉宾介绍： Professor Voronov is currently professor of Management at the Goodman School of Business, Brock University, Ontario, Canada. His work appears or is forthcoming in such leading management journals asAcademy of Management Review, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Management Studies, Human Relations, andOrganization, among others. He currently serves on the editorial boards of Academy of Management Review and Journal of Management Studies and also review for a variety of other leading scholarly journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, Organization Science, and Organization Studies.
